The Post Editorial Board made the false assumption that it would impose a one-size-fits-all rule on the number of overnights and prevent judges from using discretion in individual cases to protect children. This specter is typically raised by those who aren’t familiar with how these laws are written, as well as by those who are ideologically opposed to shared parenting time. …”
